1. Sr. Design Engineer
  1. Providing Technical and Managerial Leadership to a small Team of Design and Development Department.

  2. Independently take up and complete 3D modelling of Individual Product design whenever required.

  3. Providing Support to D&D Team to keep D&D Project Timelines.

  4. Providing support to D&D Team in Process Design pertaining to New Products and as well as Design changes.
  • Diploma B.E.-Mechanical Engineer

  • 8-10 yrs. Experience in solid modelling and producing solid works and good grasp of design principals and GDT Exposure to Delcam will be an Advantage.
2. QA Engineer
  1. Independently do day to day work in Receiving/In Process/Final Inspection

  2. Maintain ISO9001 and TS16949 QA related documentation

  3. Do product and process audit as required

  4. Do Layout Inspection of High Volumes Product Key parts periodically
  • Diploma/B.E. -Mechanical Engineer

  • 3-4 yr Exp of Must be well organized person who follows Daily Work management rigorously

  • Should have sound knowledge of handling of instruments

  • Knowledge of preparation of inspection reports

  • Should have knowledge on problem solving technique such as 7qc tools, 8d reports etc..

  • Basic knowledge of TS16949 & ISO9001:20

  • Must have excellent Communication Skills in keeping people's attention

  • Must be well versed in MS Office particularly excel and PowerPoint

  • Must show objectives in MSA
3. Production Supervisor-CNC Shop
  1. Managing in Shift Production Function in CNC Shop

  2. Meet Shift Production targets of Quantity and Quality

  3. Provide support to Operator in Technical Matters as and when required

  4. Provide Technical Support for Process Improvements
  • Diploma/B.E. -Mechanical Engineer

  • 6-8 yr Exp. of programming & operating with control of Fanuc, Siemens & mazak.

  • CNC lathe, VMC , HMC machine knowledge of above specified controls.

  • Various cutting tools knowledge of boring bars , Turning tools & inserts.

  • Man power handling experience of 10 members.

  • Basic computer knowledge of Excel, windows
